Outsourced Accounting

Be it tailored or general requirement in accounting/GST, we have placed in mind to carry out our services with WE WANT TO CARE.

Requirement of our services can be due to compliance with statutory requirement (eg GST, accounting required), management reporting on periodic basis (eg weekly/monthly/ quarterly), clearance of backlog or to construct accounts with incomplete records.

General guidelines of our fees :

  • $100 for less than 50 transactions
  • $220 for 51 to 100 transactions
  • $350 for 101 to 150 transactions
  • $480 for 151-200 transactions

GST

Company must register for GST if:

  • Prior to 1 Jan 2019, your taxable turnover at the end of the calendar quarter (i.e. 3 months ending Mar, Jun, Sep or Dec) and the past three quarters is more than $1 million.
  • On or after 1 Jan 2019, your taxable turnover at the end of any calendar year(i.e. 31st Dec) is more than $1 million
  • If at any time, you can reasonably expect your taxable turnover in the next 12 months to be more than $1 million.

There are exception to the above requirement. For detail, please refer to IRAS website.

If business does not exceed $1 million in taxable turnover, you may still choose to voluntarily register for GST after careful consideration.

After registration, computation of GST payable/receivable and filing of return must be submitted to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore on a periodic basis.

Preparation of Full Set XBRL

From 03 March 2014, Singapore-incorporated companies (unless exempted), which are limited or unlimited by shares and required to file their financial statements with ACRA, are required to file a full set of financial statements in XBRL with ACRA.

XBRL stands for eXtensible Business Reporting Language. This is the language for the electronic communication of business and financial data worldwide.

Our fees for filing of full set of financial statement in XBRL :

  • Active Company XBRL : $300- $500
  • Company with Consolidation XBRL : From $400

Note :

Price apply for turnaround time of at least 2 weeks
Must provide report in Either Microsoft words OR Microsoft Excel format for the whole report
Does not include upload of data to ACRA Bizfile
